While the younger of the two clown brothers, Chuckles is every bit as evil and deadly. History has long recorded his misdeeds and nasty doings, even if he couldn't be directly pinned to such events. He's been an regular inmate of the asylum almost as long as the asylum has been in practice, using that time to claim a position of Alpha among the inmates. This position became more prominent when experiments with the in house television show began. Chuckles is a master at escape, finding his way into the world to make mischief, often returning on his own. We still wonder why.
